1. Our Role

DeltaVex operates as:

1.1 Data Controller

Where we collect personal information directly for our own business purposes, including onboarding, billing, support and marketing.

1.2 Data Processor

Where we process personal information on behalf of our clients through CRM systems, websites, booking systems, forms, automation workflows and advertising integrations. In those circumstances, the client remains responsible for their end-customer data and compliance obligations.

We collect only information necessary to verify businesses, configure systems, deliver contracted services and operate our business.

To verify a client’s business and configure systems, we collect:

Chief Executive Officer (CEO) full name

CEO email address

CEO phone number

Business address (street, city, state, country, postal code)

Firm ABN number

Registered business name

Firm website URL

ABN confirmation document

Registered name confirmation document

Business address confirmation document (e.g. registered office document, utility or service bill, lease, or office agreement)


2.2 Firm & Staff Information

We collect:

Number of firm members

Staff member full names

Staff member email addresses

This information is used to configure access permissions, communication systems and internal workflows.


2.3 Branding, Business & System Configuration Information

To design and implement websites and growth systems, we collect:

Brand colours and style preferences

Logos and uploaded brand assets

Ideal customer profile details
